Customers should inspect parcels upon delivery. If a package appears damaged, notify the courier immediately and contact Muhammadi Abayas with details.

Customers must provide accurate information. Orders placed with false details or without genuine purchase intent may be cancelled.

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise stated in writing.
